The latest generation of fixed side steps incorporate a unique combination of curved aluminium extrusions with steel/aluminium fabricated sub-structure. Moving away from the standard straight profile aluminium extruded step.

With ongoing investment in our design and manufacturing facilities.  The majority of processes required to produce the fixed type side step are achieved in-house at our main production facility in Derby, United Kingdom.

With a combination of Tube Manipulation, MIG & TIG welding, Product Finishing and Assembly, We offer a unique product and service capability.

ASG design and produce bespoke side steps and develop customisable designs from our Universal system that can be easily adapted in size and design to suit each vehicle, ensuring a bespoke appearance.

Combined with a comprehensive assembly line ASG are able to produce a finished assembled and packaged product suited to both track side, dealership and DIY fitment.  We also develop fitting instructions in-house.
