CAD software includes Catia v.4 and v.5, Solid Works, 2D Data Transfer in PDF, DXF, DWG, SLDDRW and 3D Data Transfer – IGS, STEP, Native CATIA, SLDPRT, SLDASN. This is also backed by Secure ADSL Broadband Data Transfer. ASG products are designed by people who really know, taking full advantage of the latest materials technology.
Electronic transmission of data provides for full co-ordination and great opportunities for concurrent engineering with the client's own development team. Our Design and Engineering team are totally flexible to your requirement, whether it is for concepts of tomorrow, outright design and development of new product, cost engineering or production engineering.
Product testing and engineering is an important part of the process, ASG have direct links with the main test facilities within Europe.
ASG also handle the complete process through to production, this includes management of tool and jig procurement, and development to the initial stages of production.
Pictorial detailed fitting instructions are developed and included in our package eliminating wording and language barriers.
The procedures for the above are in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
