Two groups of ASG employees were recently awarded their NVQ level 2 qualifications in Business Improvement Techniques – Process Improvement  

These were obtained via Derby College who provided training in:

• Safety requirements
• Effective team working
• Applying workplace organisation techniques
• Continuous improvement techniques
• Creating visual Management techniques
• Applying problem solving techniques  

Both groups completed workplace projects to develop their practical understanding of these subjects.
